The following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Middleman Real Estate Group LLC (“Company”) and the person or entity on whose behalf the Services (as defined below) are used or accessed (the “Client”) governing our Services. We may modify these terms at any time by posting the revised terms to our website. Your continued use of our Service means that you have accepted the changed terms.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Service

If you wish to use or access any service provided by the Company, that of which will be unique to each Client and his or her specific real estate need, including, but not limited to, the acquisition, disposition, consultation, entitlement, due diligence, or analysis of real estate, you may be asked to supply certain sensitive information. If you refuse to supply certain sensitive information, the Company reserves the right to refuse Service. The Company is not a fiduciary and does not owe a fiduciary duty to anyone seeking or currently receiving service.

Charges

If you wish to use or access any service provided by the Company, you may be asked to supply certain sensitive information or enter into an agreement with the Company necessary to compensate the Company.  

Affiliation with Other Stakeholders

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Middleman Real Estate Messaging Terms & Conditions
 

1. Middleman Real Estate Group LLC Messaging Terms & Conditions apply to your participation in the text message program (the “Program”) provided by the Company. They supplement our general Terms and Conditions which are incorporated be reference herein. Your participation in the Program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this website. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Consent
By agreeing to use our Service, you agree to receive relevant text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from the Company to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply.

3. Cancellation
Text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, or OPTOUT to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, OPTOUT you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
